The Client: The Training Collaborative
The Training Collaborative works with churches to co-ordinate and facilitate training so people can grow as leaders and advance in their Christian ministry capabilities and capacity. Their desire is to see people trained and equipped to lead and minister effectively.
Our goal is to apply sound learning principles in real life contexts involving action and reflection, so people learn through practice and evaluation (what to do and why to do it).
Andrew Mcafferty from CALAM approached us with the goal of developing a new logo for the organisation. After an initial consultation we decided that a more thorough re brand was needed for the organisation moving forward. This encompassed a name change, logo design, stationery design and website that more accurately reflected the organisations DNA. The Training Collaborative.
Working with a clear goal to create branding that was clean, corporate yet appealing to young people help us narrow our focus. After some initial work refining the idea focus we presented our first ideas to The Training collaborative.
